Here's a fantastic little exercise for kids to do at KS3 that will keep them busy for a good couple of lessons. Now every man and his dog are doing Lego animations on YouTube, so let's get our students to raise the bar a bit. Do the stop frame with monkeyjam, but then add some computer graphics to it with fireworks (or pro/semi pro graphics editor of your choice) and then finish it off with a voice-over using audacity. So many "ICT and computing" birds killed with the one proverbial stone, whilst best of all kids really enjoy doing it.
